No Refund Policy
All sales of HFT EDGE software are final. Due to the nature of our proprietary trading algorithms and the immediate access provided to our software, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure you understand the product before purchasing.
No Trial Version
HFT EDGE does not offer trial versions or demo accounts. Our software contains proprietary algorithms that cannot be shared in a trial format. We provide comprehensive documentation and support to ensure successful implementation.
Software Licensing
Each HFT EDGE license includes:
- Installation on up to 2 VPS (Virtual Private Server) instances
- Free VPS changes upon request (subject to verification)
- Lifetime software updates and improvements
- Technical support and implementation guidance
The software is licensed per VPS and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed. Violation of licensing terms will result in immediate termination of access.
Security & Privacy Policy
HFT EDGE is committed to protecting your privacy and security:
- We do not trade on client accounts or access your trading capital
- All trading decisions remain under your complete control
- Your broker credentials and account information are never shared
- Our software operates locally on your VPS without external data transmission
- We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
Risk Disclosure
High-frequency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances, knowledge, and financial resources. HFT EDGE provides tools and strategies but does not guarantee profits or prevent losses.
